NURSING - We provide nursing care through individual case management by our Registered Nurse/Case Managers and on-site cares performed by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Skilled nurse visits are also available. Our nurses are competent in dealing with gastrostomy tubes, trach tubes, ventilators, and various other high tech equipment.

PHYSICAL THERAPY - Our skilled physical therapists will arrange to meet you and provide care as ordered by your physician. The physical therapist will teach you or your family members range of motion or other modalities needed for your rehabilitation.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY - Consulting with one of our Occupational Therapists may assist you to increase independence and help you with daily tasks. Working with you in your home lets the therapist see exactly what needs to be made more accessible for your activities of daily living.

HOME HEALTH AIDE / PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT SERVICES - We provide supervised personnel to come into your home and assist with your daily cares.

OTHER THERAPEUTIC SERVICES - could include:
